Karaoke CDG Compatible Burners To effectively work with karaoke CDG discs you need to have a CDG (subchannel data) capable CD Reader / Writer. You may have read where it is possible to write CDG (bin) files to a disc with a non-compatible burner. Although this is possible, it is a complicated process and these drives will not allow you to play CDG discs on your computer. Also, most karaoke software applications require a compatible CD drive.
All the drives found on this page are capable of reading and writing the karaoke CDG format. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that all software applications will support these drives. CDRWin software appears to only support certain makes and models as opposed to a drive's actual capabilities.
